Happier New Year

I'm enjoying my visits to my new gym, so I feel like I am doing something for me.  I am really enjoying learning the yoga, the slow yoga at least.  I definitely feel much much better when I do it, and I sleep better too.  

The swimming is quiet, and not crowded, but I am disappointed that there is a lot more chlorine than they led me to think.  Still, it's a pleasant hour of laps.
