Today is a brutal Tamoxifen day. I got a decent amount of sleep (7 hours out of 9 in bed), but I couldn't get up from the bed, and when I did, I couldn't move my arms and I was freezing. I've spent today bundled and under a blanket, reading. To no avail. I ache all over from the cold and from tensing up under the cold.
This too shall pass...in nine years.
